  2. Working software over comprehensive documentation.
  3. Customer collaboration over contract negotiation.
  4. Responding to change over following a plan.

By combining Scrum and Agile, CTOs can create a project management approach tailored to their team and clients' needs. Here are some best practices for implementing Scrum and Agile as a CTO:

  1. Clearly define the project goals and priorities. Before beginning any project, it is important to understand what needs to be accomplished clearly and in what order. This will help ensure that your team is focused on the most critical tasks and that progress is being made toward the overall project goals.
  2. Emphasize transparency and open communication. Scrum and Agile rely on transparency and open communication to be effective. Encourage your team to share their progress openly and to ask for help when needed. This will help identify any roadblocks or issues early on and prevent them from becoming major problems later on.
